Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this bulletin board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, hateful, or harassing. You also agree to the following rules:

1. Be respectful. This is a community for discussion, and part of discussion is having people with different views.
1a. Be polite. People may be discussing things you are passionate about, and may be disagreeing with you, but this is not an attack on you personally. It means they are disagreeing with your ideas.
1b. Avoid comments that are not constructive, that put people down, or that insult a person or a group of people.

2. Try to post where a topic belongs. If you don't feel there's a place for what you want to discuss, do your best, or contact a moderator or admin to create a forum where you can put your post. This enables our mods to not get overwhelmed.
2a. Moderators or Admins may move your post if you post in the wrong place. This is not a personal statement against you.

3. Plagiarism and fair use laws are serious issues in academia. Know about them. Check here for fair use laws and here for a definition of plagiarism for more information.

4. Moderators or Admins reserve the right to change, move or delete your post as necessary if you break the rules. After two warnings, you will be banned from the forums.
